Built for the way advisors work.
Needs analysis hasn't kept pace with modern advisory work. DNA replaces spreadsheets and static forms with a structured workflow that captures goals, surfaces gaps, and documents recommendations, helping advisors move cases forward with confidence.

Our story
We've seen firsthand how needs analysis is handled today, with spreadsheets, paper, and tools that haven't evolved. We've set out to change that.
DNA is built by a team with deep experience in insurance distribution and advisory workflows.
Our focus is simple: we want to help advisors do better needs analysis more consistently and with less friction. DNA turns needs analysis into a guided workflow that captures goals, surfaces gaps, and produces a client-ready, compliant recommendation summary in minutes.
What we build toward
Three principles shape every product decision, from the first wireframe to the recommendation summary.
Depth without the busywork
A guided workflow captures goals and surfaces gaps as you go, so the analysis goes deeper while the admin gets lighter.
Compliance you can stand behind
Every case ends in a client-ready, compliant recommendation that documents how the advice was reached.
More time with families
Less time in spreadsheets means more time on the conversations that move cases forward and earn client confidence.

The vision behind DNA
Jeremy Reinbolt founded Dynamic Needs Analysis after 15 years in the life insurance industry, where he saw how misunderstood and under-utilized life insurance was and how far behind the industry is on technology.
Driven by a belief that advisors should spend more time with families and less time in spreadsheets, he built DNA to close that gap.
Under his leadership, DNA helps advisors deliver deeper needs analysis, stronger compliance, and better client service, while freeing them to focus on real conversations and long-term relationships.
